It is a six-storey B+/A class office building with a usable area of over 9.5 thousand square meters. m², prepared to provide modern business services as part of the outsourcing of financial and accounting processes, human resources management, sales and purchases or broadly understood knowledge and customer service processes.

Ultimately, 900 people can work in the office building in almost 280 office rooms characterized by:

  • excellent quality of interior finishing along with comprehensive technical service,
  • air conditioning,
  • central monitoring,
  • structured cabling,
  • reliable telecommunications system.

​​The Corporate Services Center is located in the immediate vicinity of the headquarters of ORLEN and other companies that are clients or partners of the Park. The area is developed with driving and pedestrian routes and arranged greenery. There are car parks for tenants and guests in the building, with a total of 486 parking spaces. The building has 24/7 security and monitoring.

The characteristic body of the building is located in relation to the sides of the world, "point to the south", taking into account the exposure of the façade to the sun. The office building is integrated into the surrounding greenery and its scenic values are visible towards the ORLEN production plant and the city, especially in the evening. The characteristic features of the building include the extensive glazing area of the building - 50% of the usable facade, which provides a large amount of light in the rooms, and thus favors the work performed by people in it, and the so-called a system of a transparent staircase with elevators, which in turn is the "heart" of the building.

The building is the first in Płock to be certified in the BREEAM system, which is one of the world's leading certification systems, the so-called pro-ecological green construction. As part of energy saving and care for the environment, the following features of the building should be mentioned:

  • collection and use of rainwater for watering purposes,
  • low energy consumption coefficient of technical equipment of the building in the field of heating and ventilation, including heat recovery systems.

The CUK building was awarded in the prestigious architectural competition Brick Awards in the "public utility building" category.

The CUK building includes:

  • office space with a total of over 6,000 m²,
  • training and conference areas with a total of 600 m².​

The main CUK conference room with an area of 182.41 m² is located on the ground floor of the building and has full multimedia equipment. It can currently accommodate 100 guests, and ultimately it is to accommodate 160 people. In addition, the conference area can be divided into two smaller rooms and adapted to the needs of the tenant. Employees and guests of CUK can use the spacious buffet located on the ground floor of the building.

  • Smaller room A_13L, area 64 m2 - 30 seats - PLN 50/h 1
  • Larger room A_13P, area 1 ​18.41 m2 - it can accommodate 70-80 people - PLN 100/h
  • Large hall A_13L+P, area 182 m2 - seats for 130 people - PLN 150/h

All prices are in net amounts. The rooms are equipped with modern projectors for presenting multimedia materials.

The investment in the construction of the Corporate Services Center is part of a wider development program of the Płock Industrial and Technological Park and was funded by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2007-2013. The main directions of the program concern the creation of conditions for companies from the modern business services sector (BPO - business process outsourcing) and the research and development (R&D) sector.
