PPPT program

This is a professional investor service addressed to clients, partners and entrepreneurs (investors) who want to acquire investment land in the PPP-T area in order to start a business in the form of industrial, production or production and service plants.

The service consists of:

• recognizing the client's needs in terms of the demand for investment land,
• preparation and submission of an investor offer based on the standards applicable in the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency,
• signing an investor agreement on the terms and conditions for the implementation of the investment in the PPP-T area (if the investor chooses the offered land),
• obtaining relevant corporate approvals,
• service at the stage of designing and preparing the investment,
• signing relevant real estate sales contracts,
• service at the stage of investment implementation,
• service after the completion of the investment.

The service will be provided based on the office and material infrastructure located in the Corporate Services Center of PPP-T S.A. i.e. conference rooms with full technical and IT equipment and an office with full technical, IT and telecommunications facilities. The service will be provided by 1 person employed by PPP-T S.A. under the employment contract. The service will be recorded in accordance with the standards of the National System of Services (KSU).

We provide practical solutions in the field of state aid and de minimis aid. We offer the acquisition, maintenance and increase of knowledge in this field.

We advise on the assessment of the risk of state aid in transactions involving public funds that are selective and distort competition in the field of economic events, including:

• restructuring processes,
• capital support,
• bond issues,
• financial transfers and financial couple,
• creation and development of enterprises with the participation of public funds, including the direct involvement of local and government public authorities,
• financing from public funds, including from the European Union, addressed to market participants, entrepreneurs, including SMEs.

The service includes recognizing the characteristics of the transaction, the role of participants, defining the value of benefits and the scale of market disruption.

Exemplary scope of consulting services:

• principles of raising capital in single-member companies with the participation of the local government in accordance with the EU state aid law,
• identification of the risk of state aid in the context of the analyzed project (specificity of projects in a given sector),
• indication of the recapitalization model compliant with the Community law in the field of state aid for the analyzed project,
• conclusions, recommendations regarding the project and the planned recapitalization, action schedule.

In order to ensure efficient performance of the advisory service, it is necessary to ensure:

• office equipment ensuring proper storage of documentation related to the provision of consulting services,
• technical devices ensuring proper service for entities using advisory services and communication with these entities and centers, in particular:
• computer equipment one station with office software,
• Internet access independent of telephone calls;
• 1-time on the basis of a full-time employment contract permanently present at the place of consulting activity,
• rules for recording consulting services provided, specifying in particular service recipients,
• possible binding with a scientific unit or a person employed in a scientific unit by a cooperation agreement specifying in particular the rules of participation of this unit in the provision of advisory services.

We offer services for entrepreneurs who participate in the public procurement market or plan to acquire customers on the public procurement market and who are beneficiaries of EU funds and are obliged to spend them using competitive tender procedures (the so-called competition procedure).

The service includes:

• recognition of transaction features,
• the role of the participants,
• defining the value of benefits and the scale of market disruption,
• determining the consequences in the area of PPL for the participants of the parties to the proceedings.

Our experts have many years of experience in procurement procedures, including working in managerial positions at the Public Procurement Office.

An important part of the services is consulting for contractors who apply for public contracts. The service is carried out in 4 stages:

• stage 1 - project recognition,
• stage 2 - analysis of the submitted financial documents,
• stage 3 - proposal of a source of financing,
• stage 4 - building a system to control the spending of the acquired funds.

To perform the service, computer equipment in the form of a laptop with Microsoft Office software and a room for meetings with the contractor are necessary.

• restructuring processes.

Direct advice requires personal contact with the client at the conclusion of each stage of implementation. During the implementation of the service, current e-mail contact is sufficient.

The service is carried out in 3 stages:

• stage 1 - identifying the purpose of drawing up a business plan,
• stage 2 - participation in the preparation of assumptions for the business plan,
• stage 3 – participation in creating a business plan

The service includes:

• setting up and starting a business,
• assessment of business needs, including market analyses,
• promotion of business solutions and new organizational solutions,
• internationalization of enterprises,
• restructuring processes.

Direct consulting requires personal contact with the client when summarizing each stage of implementation. During the service, it is enough to contact us by e-mail.

The service is carried out in 3 stages:

• stage 1 - recognition of the contractor's business,
• stage 2 - participation in the development of assumptions for the economic and financial plan,
• stage 3 - development of an economic and financial plan.
