Pro-innovation services
It is a tool that significantly increases the level of maturity of an organization in managing innovative activities. It is an assessment of technological needs, promotion of technology and new organizational solutions.
The Strategic Research Agenda is a set of documents that are based on:
- analysis of the company's strategic data,
- conclusions drawn during a series of internal and external workshops,
- trend analysis, which presents the company's research and development needs.
This is a process that includes the preparation of a technological problem brief and the presentation of 10 selected technologies in accordance with the developed specification. The service involves assessing technological needs and implementing new technologies.
We offer 3 types of scouting:
- rescue scouting,
- inspirational scouting,
- directional scouting.
We provide a functional definition of technological problems that allows you to reach for solutions from other industries.
It is a service that uses an organization map, i.e. online software that allows you to collect data, visualize it and analyze it. The service allows companies to determine the organizational network and "network profile" of each employee. Mapping is an innovative participatory tool that is created as a result of the cooperation of all employees.
Expert mapping allows you to assess the flow of knowledge and cooperation between company departments, project groups or people with similar competences. The analysis module, which uses advanced graph algorithms, helps to identify sources of knowledge, information brokers, undiscovered talents or cooperation leaders.
The software contains built-in sets of survey questions grouped into research schemes that correspond to the most common areas of improving the functioning of the company, such as knowledge management or staff rotation and fluctuation.
Service stages:
- kick-off meeting,
- carrying out the implementation,
- data collection,
- summary and Conclusions,
- individual consulting and matching the tool to the individual needs of the company.
It is a comprehensive analysis of the processes used in creating innovations that reveals the hidden potential of the company. It helps in identifying, controlling and overcoming barriers that slow down both the process of creating innovations or technologies, as well as the time of introducing new products to the market.
The Total Innovation Audit procedure is based on conducting personal interviews with company employees. In the first place, auditors talk to people who create and manage the innovation system in the organization and are responsible for the proper functioning of processes. In the next stage, interviews with participants of existing processes are conducted.
The information received from various participants at different levels of decision-making is compiled and compared with each other. This approach allows to obtain the most reliable information and to properly assess the level of innovation.
