Training for entrepreneurs who participate in the public procurement market or plan to acquire customers on it. We offer services for entrepreneurs who are beneficiaries of EU funds and are obliged to spend them using competitive tendering procedures (the so-called competition procedure).
These are consulting services in the area of broadly understood public procurement procedures. An important part of the services is consulting for contractors applying for public contracts. Our experience shows that success in obtaining public contracts depends on compliance with formalized procedures resulting from the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, and incorrect application of these regulations disqualifies offers submitted even by the best contractors.
We have experience in representing clients before the National Appeals Chamber and great successes in this field. We also conduct training and workshops tailored to individual needs. We also support clients - entrepreneurs who have received EU funding for projects in spending these funds using the competition procedure, which is a condition for recognizing the expenditure as eligible.
